Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how users of the KaçaGiderim - Araç Yönetimi (com.kacagiderim.aracfiyati) app can delete their account and all associated data. The app and kacagiderim.com are owned by Kamil İnal.
Delete from within the app
- Open the KaçaGiderim app and sign in.
- Go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account at the bottom of the screen.
- Confirm in the dialog. Your account and data are deleted and you are signed out.
If you don't have the app or can't access it
Email us from the address registered to your account, with the subject "Account Deletion Request". Requests are processed within 30 days:
What data is deleted?
- Account and profile information (name, surname, email, country, preferences)
- Saved vehicles
- Cost records (fuel, maintenance, insurance, etc.)
- Route history and calculations
- Saved locations and favorites
- Reminders and subscription data
Records we are legally required to retain (e.g. invoice/payment records) are deleted at the end of the required retention period; all other personal data is deleted.
